Green coffee extract comes from the unrefined, raw green coffee bean.
Green coffee beans contain chlorogenic acid, a compound which supports healthy metabolism and glucose levels.
How to Take
Dosage (Adults): 0.5 g (1⁄₄ metric tsp) per day.
Directions: Add to water or juice.
Ideally taken 30-60 minutes before meals. 0.5g contains approx. 252mg chlorogenic acid.
Cautions: Take as directed. Not recommended if pregnant or lactating. Individuals with a known health condition should consult their doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
