A: Black Bean Foods sell Organic, Gluten Free, GMO Free, Baking, Vegan, Super Free, Special Diet, Detox Products, Personal Care Products, Health and Wellness , Oils and beverages , snacks and cereals, confectionery and all kind of grocery.

A: Orders are delivered by third party courier service which is PBT and NZ post. Packages can be tracked with the tracking

number you receive via our email (once your parcel has been dispatched).

A: Yes, we offer a “Local Pickup” service from our store at 79 O’Shannessey

Street, Papakura. Collection times are during store hours 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday.

If you would like to pick your order up simply select ‘Local Pickup’ during your

checkout.

A: Free shipping for all orders NZ $99.00 and above within New Zealand.

Shipping under NZ$99 is Auckland: $7.00 and Auckland Rural: $12

North Island: $9 and North Island Rural: $14

South Island: $12 and South Island Rural $15.00.

Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and PO boxes offs.

We only ship within New Zealand.

We use a third-party courier service which is Castle Parcels  and NZ post.

A: We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Usually,

it takes 1-2 days, but courier delivery takes 1-3 business days after dispatch,

but please allow up to 5 business days-particularly in the case of rural

deliveries. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed

within the next 1 business days.

Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.

We warrant that your information including the sensitive information submitted by you is protected both online and off-line. While you are making the payment, the page is secure, encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. You can choose one favorite from the payment methods below.

A: We only ship to addresses in New Zealand, however if you are ordering from

overseas, you are able to place an order as long as the delivery address is

within New Zealand
