Shipping Options

  •  Free shipping for all orders NZ $99.00 and above within New Zealand.
  •  Shipping under NZ$99 is Auckland: $7.00 and Auckland Rural: $12
  •  North Island: $9 and North Island Rural: $14
  •  South Island: $12 and South Island Rural $15.00.
  •  Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and PO boxes offs.
  •  We only ship within New Zealand.
  •  We use a third party courier service which is Castle Parcels and NZ Post.

Click and Collect

Click and collect service is available from our store 

79 O’Shannessey street, Papakura, Auckland between Monday to Saturday,10am-5pm except public holiday.

Once you finished your order online, we will email to you once your order is ready to collect.

Time frame for the collect your order 7 business days. If after 14 business days, you have not collected your order you will be refunded 60% and your order will be cancelled.

How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible, and we aim to dispatch our orders on the same or next business day after your order has been received.

Certain products may incur a dispatch time of 48 hours, but we will always endeavour to get your order out as soon as possible.

Please also note that any order ordered on a Thursday or Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

After shipping the order, the typical delivery time frame is one to three business days to get your place. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, natural disasters may cause further postal delays.

Please reach out to admin@backup.techrynok.com if your parcel hasn’t arrived five business days after dispatch. You must notify us within 7 days of the dispatch date if you have still not received your order.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

If your order lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we will try out best to solve the issue. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
