LOW CARB LIFE PEANUT BUTTER CHOC CHIP BARS KETO
INGREDIENTS: (Peanut meat LAO), choc chips (18%) (cocos mass, erythritol, cocoa butter. emulsifier, natural vanilla flavour. stevia), non GMO erythritol, soluble corn fibre, tapioca flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, monk fruit extract.

You will need
200g unsalted butter, melted.
- Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the egg and butter until combined.
- Empty the contents of the bake mix pack into the bowl with the eggs and butter, whisk until smooth.
- Transfer batter into baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
