INGREDIENTS: almond meal, lupin flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, soluble corn fibre. hemp protein. baking powder.

Method
- Preheat oven to 160oC. Line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray with baking paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the egg and butter until combined.
- Empty the contents of the bake mix pack into the bowl with the eggs and butter, whisk until smooth.
- Transfer batter into baking tray and bake for approx 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars or squares.
