GLUTEN FREE PASTA GRANORO FUSILLI 400GM
Tasty recipe SWORDFISH FUSILLI Ingredients for 4 people: 350g of Granoro Gluten Free Fusilli, 400g of swordfish, 1 Tropea onion, 1 handful of capers, 600g of Granoro tomato pulp, white wine, organic Granoro extra virgin olive oil, parsley, salt, pepper to taste PREPARATION Prepare chopped onion and brown it in a pan with Granoro Bio extra virgin olive oil. Add the swordfish cut into chunks and the chopped capers. Leave to brown over low heat, then deglaze with the white wine. Add the Granoro tomato pulp, a few tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Cover with a lid and cook for about 10 minutes. Cook the Granoro Gluten Free Fusilli in plenty of salted water, drain and season with the sauce prepared by adding a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
