Uses of Epsom Salts
1)Home brewing: as a brewing salt for water adjustment at a rate of 5grams (1 teaspoon) per 20 litres . Can be used to add “crispness” to the hop bitterness.
2)Healing muscle pain: Mix thick paste of salt with hot water and apply on affected area
3)Odor Reliever: Soak your feet in warm water mixed with Epsom salt helps removing foot odor
4)Treat Toenail Fungus: Soak affected feet in water mixed with Epsom salt 2-3 times daily treats toenail fungus
5)Dead Skin Remover: Mix Epsom salt with body oil or olive oil and rub it on wet skin removes dead skin. Rinse skin thoroughly.
6)Blackheads remover: Add Epsom salt with 3 drops of iodine and hot water. Apply this mixture on skin with cotton to remove blackheads
7)Tiles cleaner: Mix detergent & Epsom salts in Epsom salts and scrub the tiles
8)In hand wash: Mix Epson salt with baby oil for an effective handwash
